Once we’ve got you booked in, I’ll ask you to come and read this page before we confirm the appointment to have a quick read through of my terms and conditions. Nothing like those hundreds of pages of tiny writing you get whenever you download a new app, just a few key points I ask you to take into consideration before beginning your journey with me!

Just a few key points:

 

Masks.

I will by default not be wearing a mask for your appointment, but if you prefer that I do, I am more than happy to!

Timing.

Please be ready to start at our booked time. If you are not ready at the time we have discussed, I will have to add a 10% fee onto the cost of our appointment to cover my time.

Safety.

I am unable to go ahead with the appointment if you are unwell and will reschedule it for you, the same that I would do if I do not feel well.

Booking Fee.

I do not book in any first-time appointments without confirming your appointment with a payment card and agreeing to my terms and conditions. My booking system (Fresha) will send this information and the appointment cannot be secured until it is done.

 

Important!

If you need to change your appointment for any reason after paying your deposit, whether that’s to remove a service, move the appointment or cancel altogether, please let me know at least 48 hours beforehand. If you are a regular client who is changing your appointment before the 48 hour limit, please be aware that I will ask for what would have been the deposit amount to cover my time and product.

If you cancel within the 48 hour limit, I reserve the rights to charge you for 50% of your pre-discussed remaining appointment price.

If you cancel or no show on the day, 100% will be charged.

If you fail to pay this within a week of the cancelled appointment, I will go through small claims court and will advise you I am going that route.
